Modifying or Canceling Your Order
Our ability to change an order depends on your location and the type of product purchased.
Please Note: All shipping and assembly timelines provided below are estimates and can vary based on order volume, seasonal demand, and courier processing times. Also we are unable to change shipping addresses to a different country or state, due tax and legal reasons.
1. US Orders (Standard In-Stock)
We generally can make changes to your order (such as address updates, order modifications or cancelations) before it is prepared for shipment.
Generally all In-stock orders are processed in couple business days, during this time, we might be able to make changes. Once the status moves to "Prepared for Shipment," no further changes can be made.
2. International customized and In-stock orders (Outside the US)
Due to recent updates to our web store, we are currently unable to make direct changes to existing international orders (excluding address changes).
The Solution: If you need to modify your order, please contact us immediately to cancel your current order, so we can check if the cancellation is still possible. If successful, you can then place a new order with your preferred modifications.
3. Customized US Orders
During checkout, all customers must confirm the following:
"I have reviewed my order in its entirety, and I understand that customized orders cannot be modified, canceled, or returned for any reason as they are built per order."
Exceptions: We understand mistakes happen! While custom orders are generally final, we might be able to make an exception to modify or cancel your order if the assembly process has not yet started.
Timing: Custom orders typically move to assembly 2–5 days after ordering. Once assembly begins, we are unable to make any modifications or cancellations to orders.
How to Request a Change
If you would to inquire order change or cancelation please contact our support team as soon as possible with your Order Number and the specific changes you wish to make. So we can check if the modify or cancellation is still possible.
