IF the customer asks about delivery time inform customer that: The handling time for in-stock items is approximately 3-6 business days. We use express shipping, but shipping times vary depending on location and the courier company, although most deliveries are completed within five business days from the time of dispatch across the majority of regions.

IF the customer asks about delivery time on customized order inform customer that: Currently, the estimated lead time for custom orders is 4-8 weeks. Some shaft options might take longer due to the long lead times.

IF the customer asks about delivery time on backorder order inform customer that: Currently, the estimated lead time for backorders is 3-8 weeks depending on the order or products. 

IF the customer is frustrated or wants better estimate: escalate the ticket to customer service team.
